Essentials for Student-Centered Planning

Designed for families of individuals with disabilities who are in the process of preparing for transition and professionals involved in the transition planning process. Join us for a program that addresses the continuum of special needs planning, including: the basics on guardianship and least restrictive alternatives to guardianship, ABLE accounts, special needs trusts, and resources that can assist in planning for the student’s future needs.
