DESCRIPTION:If you have prediabetes you are at risk of it progressing to type 2 diabetes in 5 years. Type 2 puts you at risk for heart attack\, stroke\, blindness\, and more. \nYou can reduce your risk or prevent type 2 with this CDC approved lifestyle change program. The long-term support of a year long program can give you the skills you need to lose weight\, be more physically active and manage stress. \nA trained lifestyle coach will guide and encourage you and you will get the support of other participants with the same goals as you. \nWe will meet weekly\, followed by bi-monthy and then monthly to give you  ongoing support and the information you need. \nEmail dheilbrunn@wilc.org or call 845.988.7374 ext. 1126. \n
